All quotes, agreements, and services provided by Drydock ERP B.V. are subject to the NLdigital Terms 2025, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The NLdigital Terms 2025 can be consulted here:
Project-specific agreements, including agreements on scope, planning, rates, payment terms, and responsibilities, will be recorded in the relevant quote, agreement, and/or Statement of Work. In case of conflict, the specifically agreed project-specific agreements in writing will prevail.
