Senior ERP / Business Consultant

At Drydock, we are looking for an experienced ERP / Business Consultant who looks beyond the software.
You help organisations understand their processes, make the right choices and translate them into smart solutions in Odoo. You are not a consultant who only focuses on one small part of the job. At Drydock, you support clients from A to Z, from the first conversations and process analysis through implementation, optimisation and ongoing support.
There are several backgrounds that can be a good fit for this role. You may already be working as an ERP Consultant or Business Consultant, but experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager can be just as relevant. What matters most is that you are comfortable talking to clients, can quickly get to the heart of complex challenges and turn analysis into practical solutions.
A solid understanding of business processes certainly helps. Experience in areas such as wholesale, manufacturing or e-commerce is valuable, but above all we are looking for an all-rounder. Someone who is curious and analytical, takes responsibility and quickly gets to grips with new processes and topics.

What you bring
- Relevant senior work experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with client conversations and advising

Nice to have
- Experience with ERP or Odoo
- Experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager
- Knowledge of wholesale, manufacturing, or e-commerce
- Experience with ERP implementations
